Do you have a physical store?
We are an online store based in Atlanta, GA.


How long does shipping take?

Orders take 1-3 business days to process before they are shipped.
With ground shipping items take 3-7 business days from purchase date to receive unless stated otherwise in their description. Any personalized items will take 3-4 weeks from purchase date to recieve. 

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will be emailed your tracking information. You can track your packaging using www.usps.com

 

Can I return my order?

If you don’t like your item(s) for any reason (it didn’t fit, incorrect color or it just clashes with your personality), simply send it back to us within 14 days of delivery. Once we get your returned goods, a store credit code will be issued in the form of a e-gift card to the email address attached to the returns order number; within 5-7 business days. Please note your internal credit note expires 60 days from the date of issuance. Items purchased with store credit will now become final sale, unless a mistake is made on our part.

Returns must be in original condition (this means unworn, unwashed & free from tanning or make-up stains with original tags & packaging).

Shipping fees will not be credited unless you are returning something due to a mistake by us.

 

Shipping & Delivery
We ship anywhere in the world. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday. Orders placed on Federal Holidays will begin processing on the following business day. All orders are shipped via USPS. To track your order at anytime, you’ll be able to use your USPS Tracking number.

Orders over $100 may require a signature at the time of delivery.
International customers may be required to pay import or duty fees to their local customs. Twelve 93 is not responsible for fees or taxes imposed by the customers local government.
